Common Questions

Do I need to like wrestling?

Not at all. Lucha Libre is about the energy, the masks, and the community. Even if you aren’t a wrestling fan, the spectacle and the cultural history behind it are universally captivating.

Is Mexico City safe?

CDMX is a world-class capital. Like any mega-city, it has its areas to avoid, but we stay in the safest, most vibrant neighborhoods like Roma and Condesa, and our local experts ensure you’re always in good hands.

I’m traveling solo. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Most of our travelers join solo. The small group size (8–14 people) and shared experiences mean you’ll have a built-in squad of new friends by the first taco stop.

What is the fitness level?

Easy. We’ll be doing a fair amount of walking through markets and historic neighborhoods, but nothing too strenuous. If you can walk a mile at a leisurely pace, you’re good to go.

Are flights included?

No. Travelers are responsible for their own airfare to Mexico City (MEX). We will provide specific landing times so you can take advantage of the included airport transfers.

Who are the local experts?

We partner with actual CDMX residents, from food historians to masked luchadores themselves, to ensure every story and recommendation comes from a place of lived experience.

Is this trip family-friendly?

This specific expedition is designed for adults (21+) due to the focus on mezcal tastings, nightlife, and cantina crawls. Stay tuned for future all-ages itineraries!
